Our mission

To make vessel ownership and marine operations simpler, more dependable, and better connected.

We bring hands-on vessel care and practical operating technology together to protect condition, improve readiness, and reduce the time spent chasing information. Clear reporting, agreed service plans, and coordinated follow-through support the people who own, sell, and look after boats.

Three areas. One purpose.

Ready vessels. Better-run businesses.

Vessel care and brokerage support built around an agreed scope, alongside operating technology in development for small and midsize marinas.

Vessel Care

Marina OS · In development

A clearer view of
the whole operation.

We are developing Marina OS around the coordination challenges of small and midsize marinas. The focus is practical: make daily work easier to organize, communicate, and follow through.

01 / PEOPLE

Shared priorities

Help teams understand what needs attention, who is responsible, and what should happen next.

02 / VESSELS

Connected information

Bring vessel-related activity and service records into a more useful operational context.

03 / WORK

Coordinated follow-through

Reduce fragmented updates and repetitive administration across day-to-day service activity.

These are development priorities. Product capabilities and release availability will be confirmed as development progresses.

Our approach

Marine knowledge.
Practical technology.
Clear responsibility.

Start with the work.

Build around the everyday realities of caring for boats and running marine businesses. Useful solutions begin with understanding the people doing the job.

Make progress visible.

Bring structure to priorities, communication, and records so owners and operators can understand what needs attention and what happens next.

Use technology with purpose.

Apply software, automation, and AI where they reduce repetitive work and improve service—supported by experienced people and human judgment.

Useful to know

Clear expectations.
From the start.

How does a care program begin?

Begin with a vessel assessment to document condition, photos, and readiness gaps. Priorities, visit frequency, coordination responsibilities, and pricing are agreed before ongoing care starts.

Can a brokerage arrange care for multiple listings?

Brokerage Care is structured around a listing portfolio. Vessel sizes, locations, readiness needs, and showing schedules inform the agreed scope and monthly care plan.

Are repairs, washing, and contractor costs included?

These are separately quoted unless expressly included in the written service plan. Work requires approval from the authorized owner or brokerage.

How are service locations and visit frequency agreed?

Location, access, and visit cadence are reviewed when defining each care plan. Service coverage and scheduling are confirmed for the individual vessel or portfolio before work begins.

Is Marina OS available now?

Marina OS is in development. Its focus is coordination and operational visibility for small and midsize marinas. Release timing and confirmed capabilities will be shared as the platform progresses.

Scope and approvals

Visit frequency, showing preparation, and coordination limits are agreed in each service plan. Washing, detailing, repairs, parts, and contractor work are separately quoted unless included in writing. Work requires approval from the authorized owner or brokerage. Scheduled visual care is not continuous monitoring, emergency response, a marine survey, or a substitute for insurance. Pricing depends on vessel size, location, access, visit cadence, and portfolio scope.
